Message WITH regapping AND applying anti-sieze on them, in under 15 minutes.

Tools:
3/8 drive ratchet
6" extension
10mm socket
12mm socket
12" extension
Plug socket

10mm socket to remove IAA metal pipe holding screw on driver's side plenum.
12mm to remove balance tube bolts and coil pack bolts
disconnect coil pack harnesses & pull coil packs out
12" extension with plug socket and they're out; 5-7 minutes.

gapping the plugs and applying anti-sieze takes a few minutes to do, I'd say about 5 there, but it could be done in 3.

Installation and reassembly; 5-7 minutes.

It could take 20 minutes to do the whole thing.

I've pulled engine/tranny using a floorjack and jackstands in 2 hours, flat. Installation is another ball of wax I'd never race a clock to do though. :)
